traumatic night -- deal-with-it day

Both Barb and I cannot deal with the bugs. We were literally being eaten alive. My bites are showing signs of infection by morning -- puffy, hot lumps all over me with concentric circles of varying degrees of red surrounding the bites themselves. Neither of us are able to sleep at all.

In the morning, we call the property manager, explain the situation and tell her we must leave. She offers to help us find another place to stay. She took a look at some of the suggestions in our guide book and then we took off in her truck to check a few places out.

We settled on a small inn -- The Seahorse Inn. We returned to Grange Cottage, packed our bags and groceries and made arrangements for Wayne to move us.

The Seahorse Inn is a restaraunt with 4 rooms. Very charming and right across from the beach. The picture at the right is the view from our room.

The picture at the left is the dining patio, which can't really be seen from the picture on the right because the foliage is placed to provide privacy to the Inn's rooms.
