Checked into our rooms and after performing a detailed inventory of our room (part of the check-in process!?!), we both took luxurious showers and read until time to dress for dinner. Had dinner in the hotel restaurant after deciding against walking out to the main street.

I locked us out of our room and had to engage the staff to help us get back in.... it took great determination to get that door open -- after which time, we felt our belongings were pretty safe.
