on the wheel
i am busy plying some beautifully dyed superwash wool from dyepot.com. began spinning the singles on the holiday wheel back on 2/9/11 and am now in the process of plying on my mach 1.

when mom came to visit, she had just started knitting a wimple with sock yarn. of course, she finished it -- here it is:
as she was going through my stash, she found some red sock yarn. she's now busy knitting another wimple:
