archery
every day this vacation we spent a short time near the end of the day shooting in the archery field out in the back, near the barn and woodshed. debbie and vickie shoot blindfolded (i tried it but didn't like it), i shot with my eyes open. here's vickie (with spikey at her feet):

alpacas of america
we took a little drive down the road into tenino to visit alpacas of america. they have a very large ranch and they offer tours. they breed and sell alpacas. we were able to visit a number of the mamas and babies in the barn and adjoining fields.
