OMG!!!!!

i was chatting on the phone, sitting at my desk this evening and all of the sudden i hear this repetitive doing doing (like boing boing with a "d") sound. the computer is non responsive so i tried to boot it. but -- boo hoo -- it won't start up.

I THINK IT HAS DIED ON ME!!!!!!

i kept trying to start it up but i only get a blue screen and the broken sound.

WAHHHHHHHHHHHHH.....

tracy and janice are partners at wiredarts.net. i took tracy's class to learn yet another way to cage objects. her method leaves a decorative web behind the object which can also be embellished.

i took some time off from work to take classes at babe 2007 (bay area bead extravaganza) this year.

here is janice berkebile's mystic coil bracelet class: based on lynne merchant's design in round wire, janice has taken it another step forward with different types of wire. for this project, we used 24g round, twisted and half-round wire:

day of satisfaction: i finally finished the tilt sweater (knitty fall 2003) this morning. it's been months of knitting and what seems like months of blocking and piecing to get this project done. i'm pretty pleased with the results EXCEPT THAT IT'S ITCHY!!! this sweater is made from noro silk garden (45% silk, 45% kid mohair, 10% lambswool). how can it be itchy?!?!?

- busy
- going to yoga class after work
- sometimes going to do my weight exercise at the gym at work
- making jewelry
- taking jewelry classes
- knitting like a fiend
- trying to find my camera battery charger or my connection cord so i can upload a ton of pics to this blog
- saving all my show and tell because my camera is completely drained and i can't take any pictures
- continuing to dig out of my piles of junk at home

what more can i say?
